Issue: Dough stuck

Solution:

Discard the dough. Clean any residue inside the machine and proceed.  

  • Discard any dough stuck inside the machine (usually around the kneading area or on the pan). 
  • Check and clean any residue inside the machine, especially around the kneading area, the sweeper and the pans.
  • Continue making rotis.

 Why did this happen?

The dough transfer process may fail creating stuck dough due to residues on the way. Ensure the machine is clean to prevent this issue.

When the dough ball is too hard or too sticky, it is also more challenging to transfer the dough. Rotimatic will learn and improve in the next operations.
